Post delivery, my decision to join Watson Fitness made all the
difference. Zareen is personally involved in exercise prescription and
instruction. She has educated me in many other aspects of wellness
besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
My trainer, Mr. Satish Narkar taught me how to push myself in
intervals, bringing my heart rate up and down, which is the best way
to burn fat. In short, whatever your health and fitness goals, u can achieve them at Watson Fitness.

“WATSON FITNESS” is in a class of its own, from trainer to it`s staff and decor. Thanks to Zareen who has taken special care to ensure that the gym is filled with positive energy.
After five months at Watson`s, I am slowly, steadily and graciously reaching my goals with the help of my personal trainer Kailash whose tireless efforts are not in vain. With his constant advice to `tuck in your abs` the inches have decreased and I have lost a good 7kgs, makes me a ‘HAPPY PERSON’ in the ‘HAPPY HOUR’.

I walked into Watson Fitness to see Zareen at my heaviest. “How badly do you want to lose weight?” I’m not sure I could express myself right but I knew I wanted it more so than anything I’ve wanted for a long time, that’s when she said. “There are never any good reasons for diet failure, only excuses.” words to live by. She made my nutrition plan and then introduced me to Hitesh (my trainer). Everyone at Watson Fitness were so warm and supportive, absolutely lavish with praise and encouragement, best of all Zareen was pleased with my progress! 10th May 2011, I turned 22 and was 50 pounds lighter than when I started, my sweetest moment!!!
Watson knows how to accommodate individual problems and I don’t quite know how to put this just right but my experience with Watson Fitness has been so overwhelming, so rewarding. I came here a different person and I’m leaving here a totally new person. I’m truly grateful Zareen, and I’ll always remember these 6 months.

I joined Watson Fitness about 2 weeks ago and the results are phenomenal. I have already lost 2kg and almost 3% body fat. My trainer is exceptionally good but I have plenty of friends at Watson and they feel the same about their trainers. The workouts hence never get monotonous and the equipment and methods used are outstanding. I have always struggled with my weight and I can finally now say that I can see my target very close by.

The nutritionist is also very good on her diet, she actually gives you so much food to eat, you can never be hungry.

I joined Watsons Fitness in the month of April 2011, back then I weighed 94
kgs. Now I see a huge difference in myself. It’s been almost 3 months
now. I lost almost 12 kgs and the feeling is great. I feel much energized and healthier now. Thanks to my trainer Vikrant without whom this would not be possible. He motivated and supports me all the time which helped me achieve results. I also would like to thank everyone at Watsons for being so co-operative and helpful.

I hate sports. I specifically hate gyms, wearing gym shoes (mainly because of aesthetic reasons) and most of it all: I hate to sweat.
Unfortunately I hate to look fat and being told so, too.
It was that mindset when I came to know about Zareen Watsons 'Fitness Family', her hardworking, handsome (and heartless) trainers, and her unique and rapidly-effective fitness concept: Amicable terror.
With her rock-hard professionalism and longstanding expertise and experience she designs individual nutritional plans and fitness regimes that suit her client’s life's - and not vice versa. Zareen Watson is the best fitness guru, cum slave driver, cum friend that you could find. She pushes you and your body to the limit but in a fun, healthy and challenging way. Thanks to her I’m at my fittest and most toned.
